Gap of Dunloe
Stormy days and Tea
It’s so wild out today we can barely see out the window for the rain. This is having two effects. One we just want to dive into our tea, grab a blanket and a movie. Two, we desperately want to get in the defender and go for a spin, Kerry always looks so incredible in stormy weather. Only we have an hour until we collect our tiny tot from creche. Besides, level 5 still means that we are limited to our 5km home radius. But HEY! A couple can dream!
We were chatting about where we would go as soon as we can travel again. It wasn’t any where mad, just around the kingdom. We would love to pack up a picnic and head to those magical places like the Gap of Dunloe and Molls Gap each so breathtaking in their own right. Sure, then that got us taking about the day we met Katherine and Michael on a very wet and stormy day in the Gap ahead of their Dingle wedding. You all loved their wedding and the famous little lamb Katherine almost ran away with!
The rain and mist that day had us all destroyed the day of their session in the Gap of Dunloe, but it made for a wonderful back drop as this couple did some snuggling of their own.
This morning, tea has been drank in abandon, biscuits feasted upon as we listen to the storm rage outside. The love filled our screens as we relive and finally share this wonderful session with you today.
What are your storm day essentials, tea and biscuits? Wild hikes through the countryside?
Maybe a bit of baking, Although we hear that marmalade making is all the rage for this lockdown, get in touch and let us know!
